Keep your eyes on the (positive) prize; don’t focus on the negative. If you’re focusing on the negatives, that’s where you’re aiming. And you just might hit it!
Staying positive also helps with the confidence to focus on where I want to be instead of where I was. It helps in seeing how far you’ve come and remember that.
You may not be where you want to be, but at least you aren’t still where you were.
